243 Requirements for making application
(1)
An internal review application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
if the applicant is given an information notice for the original decision to which the application relates—
(i)
be supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
(ii)
be made within 14 days after the applicant is given the information notice.
(2)
However, the chief executive may, at any time, extend the time for making an internal review application.
