247 Applicant may ask for QCAT or appeal information notice
A person who has not been given, but is entitled to be given, a QCAT notice or an appeal information notice for an internal review decision may ask the chief executive for a QCAT notice or appeal information notice for the decision.
The failure by the chief executive to give a person a QCAT notice for an internal review decision does not limit or otherwise affect the person’s right to apply for an external review of the decision under section 248.
The failure by the chief executive to give a person an appeal information notice for an internal review decision does not limit or otherwise affect the person’s right to appeal, under section 249, against the decision.
