Who may apply for external review

In force

A person given, or entitled to be given, a QCAT notice under section 246(2) or (5)(b) for an internal review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for an external review of the decision.

Note—The QCAT Act, section 22(3) provides that QCAT may stay the operation of a reviewable decision under that Act, either on application by a person or on its own initiative.
