27 Availability of guidelines
(1)
The chief executive must keep a copy of each guideline, as in force from time to time, available for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public at—
(a)
the department’s head office; and
(b)
other places the chief executive considers appropriate.
(2)
Also, the chief executive must publish each guideline, as in force from time to time, on the department’s website.
