28 Obligation to have regard to guidelines
(1)
A guideline may be taken into account when considering whether a person has or has not discharged the person’s general exhibition and dealing obligation or otherwise complied with this Act.
(2)
However, it must not be presumed that a person who has contravened a guideline has breached the person’s general exhibition and dealing obligation or otherwise contravened this Act.
