61 Decision on application
(1)
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must give the applicant the exhibited animal authority applied for.
(2)
If the chief executive refuses to grant the application, or decides to grant the application on conditions other than those applied for, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
