57 Consideration of application
(1)
The chief executive must consider the application and decide to—
(a)
grant the application; or
(b)
grant the application on conditions; or
(c)
refuse to grant the application.
(2)
Section 77(2) applies to conditions imposed under subsection (1)(b).
