88 Application of relevant provisions to application
(1)
Each of the relevant provisions applies to an application for renewal or restoration of an exhibition licence as if—
(a)
a reference in a relevant provision to an application were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration of the licence; and
(b)
a reference in a relevant provision to an applicant were a reference to the applicant for renewal or restoration of the licence.
(2)
This section is subject to sections 89 and 90.
(3)
In this section—relevant provisions means sections 52 to 56, 58 to 60 and 62.
