92 Licence continues pending decision about renewal
This section applies only if the holder of an exhibition licence applies for renewal of the licence under section 87(1).
The licence is taken to continue in force from the day it would, apart from this section, have ended until the application is decided or is taken to have been decided or withdrawn.
Despite subsection (2), if the chief executive decides to refuse to renew the exhibition licence, or is taken to refuse to renew the licence, the licence continues in force until the information notice for the decision is given to the applicant.
Subsection (2) does not apply if the exhibition licence is earlier suspended or cancelled.
