182 Unpaid fees
(1)
This section applies if the holder of an authority does not pay an amount of a safety and health fee under section 178 or 180.
(2)
The holder must pay interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 15%.
(3)
The interest must be calculated as simple interest.
(4)
The unpaid amount, and any interest payable on the unpaid amount, may be recovered by the CEO as a debt.
