In this part—

reporting period, for an authority, means—

(a)

if the holder of the authority chooses under section 179A(2) to give a safety and health census for the authority for a financial year—the financial year; or

(b)

otherwise—each quarter.

safety and health census see section 179(1).

safety and health fee see section 178(1).
