Prohibition on giving explosives to unauthorised person

In force

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, give or hand over an explosive to another person who is not authorised to possess the explosive.Maximum penalty—

(a)

if the explosive is a security sensitive explosive—200 penalty units; or

(b)

otherwise—50 penalty units.
