210 Existing licence to transport explosives
(1)
This section applies to a licence to transport explosives in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
From the commencement—
(a)
the licence is taken to authorise the authority holder to operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the vehicles stated in the licence; and
(b)
the licence does not authorise the authority holder to drive a vehicle to transport explosives.
