211 Employees of holder of licence to transport explosives
(1)
This section applies to a person who—
(a)
on the commencement, is an employee of the holder of a licence to transport explosives; and
(b)
is employed to drive a vehicle, stated in the licence as a vehicle to transport explosives, to transport explosives.
(2)
From the commencement, the person is taken to be the holder of an explosives driver licence.
(3)
However, this section does not apply to a person who—
(a)
is employed to work at a mine; and
(b)
is transporting the explosives at the mine and in the course of the person’s employment.
(4)
This section stops having effect on the day that is 1 year after the commencement.
