68 Changing approved explosives limits
(1)
This section applies to the port authority or port operator responsible for a port for which explosives limits have been approved by the chief inspector under section 67.
(2)
The port authority or port operator may prepare, and give the chief inspector for approval, a new explosives limits document stating different explosives limits for the port.
(3)
The chief inspector must deal with the new explosives limits document under section 67.
