Limitation on increasing period of income management

(1)

This section applies if, in relation to a decision of the commission under part 6, the commission proposes to increase the period for which a person will be subject to income management.

(2)

The proposed increase must not result in the person being subject to income management, in relation to the decision, for more than 1 year.
