52 Responsibility for commercialisation
(1)
A department’s accountable officer must regularly review the operations of the department to assess whether an operation may be commercialised.
(2)
In conducting the review, the accountable officer must have regard to the commercialisation document.
(3)
Before commercialising an operation of a department, the accountable officer must consult with the Treasurer.
