53 Level of charges for particular operations
(1)
This section applies to a department’s accountable officer if an operation of the department—
(a)
has been, or is about to be, commercialised; or
(b)
is declared, under an Act, to be a significant business activity.
(2)
The accountable officer must decide, in accordance with the document called ‘Full cost pricing policy’ published by the treasury department, the charges for goods and services provided by the operation.
