Any notification published in the gazette pursuant to this part—

may be expressed so as to have effect either generally throughout the State or in part of the State only;

may be expressed so as to apply differently in different circumstances;

may, where it authorises or requires the doing of any act, specify conditions to be observed in respect of the doing of the act;

may be expressed so as to be of unlimited duration or so as to have effect for a specified period or until the occurrence of a specified event;

may be amended or revoked at any time by the commissioner by notification published in the gazette.

Any permit granted or notice given pursuant to this part to a person—

may, where it authorises or requires the doing of any act, specify conditions to be observed in respect of the doing of the act;

may be expressed so as to be of unlimited duration or so as to have effect for a specified period or until the occurrence of a specified event;

may, by the commissioner giving a notice to the person—

for a permit—be amended, suspended or revoked at any time; or

for a notice—be amended or revoked at any time.
