150BA Assault of persons performing functions or exercising powers
(1)
A person must not assault another person performing a function or exercising a power under this Act.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
(2)
In this section—assault has the meaning given by the Criminal Code, section 245.
