150K Indictable and summary offences
(1)
Subject to subsections (2) and (3), an offence against this Act is a summary offence.
(2)
If the maximum penalty for an offence against this Act is imprisonment for 2 years or more, the offence is an indictable offence that is a misdemeanour.
(3)
An offence against section 150 is a crime.
