152Y Remitting contributions
If the commissioner believes that it is not practicable to pursue the recovery of an amount relating to contributions, the commissioner may—
(a)
remit and wholly discharge the amount or any part of it; or
(b)
enter into an agreement with the person concerned for the payment of a composition in respect of the amount.
