216A Immunity from prosecution
(1)
An inspector or official observer is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done—
(a)
under the direction of the Minister or chief executive; or
(b)
in the exercise of a power or performance of a function under this Act.
(2)
A person acting under the direction of the Minister, chief executive, an inspector or an official observer is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done under the direction.
