221 Inspector or official observer not to have interest in authority
(1)
An inspector or official observer must not hold or have an interest in an authority.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply to an authority prescribed by regulation or in circumstances prescribed by regulation.
