76ZC Recreational activities not to be recorded
(1)
Nothing in this division requires, and no condition imposed or regulation made under this division may require, a recreational activity to be monitored or recorded.
(2)
In this section—
recreational activity means an activity that is not related to a commercial fishing activity, including, for example—
(a)
recreational fishing; and
(b)
activities of a personal or domestic nature.
