76ZD Installing and using equipment
The holder of, or another person acting under, the authority must ensure—
approved video monitoring equipment for a relevant boat is installed in the boat in the position and way prescribed by regulation; and
during each monitoring period, the approved video monitoring equipment is working properly and records all commercial fishing activities carried out in the relevant boat during the period that—
are prescribed by regulation for this section for the authority; and
the equipment is capable of recording having regard to the type of equipment and the position and way the equipment is installed in the boat.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
