88 Holder of authority to have it available for immediate inspection etc.
(1)
The holder of an authority must have the authority available for immediate inspection while the holder is doing anything authorised by it.
(2)
If anyone else is doing anything the other person is authorised to do under the authority and the holder is not present, the other person must have the authority available for immediate inspection.
(3)
If a number of persons in a boat are doing anything the persons are authorised to do under the authority and the holder is not present, the person in control must have the authority available for immediate inspection.
