88A Possessing fish taken in contravention of other fisheries legislation
A person must not unlawfully possess fish knowing the fish have been taken in contravention of a law of the Commonwealth or another State about fishing, fisheries resources or fish habitats. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
