109 Application of part
This part applies if—
(a)
fisheries resources are sold by a person (the seller) to another person (the buyer); and
(b)
the buyer—
(i)
is a person engaged in the business of selling fisheries resources by wholesale or retail; and
(ii)
intends to resell any of the fisheries resources for trade or commerce.
