101 Particular persons taken to have applied for accreditation of food safety program
(1)
This section applies to a person if, under chapter 3, part 3 the person—
(a)
applies for a licence; and
(b)
the application is accompanied by a proposed food safety program for the food business under the licence.
(2)
The person—
(a)
is taken to have applied for accreditation of the proposed food safety program when the person applies for the licence; and
(b)
need not apply for accreditation of the proposed program under section 102.
