264 Chief executive to keep registers
(1)
The chief executive must keep—
(a)
a register of auditors; and
(b)
a register of food businesses carried on from mobile premises under a licence.
(2)
The registers may be kept in the way the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form.
