Food Act 2006

The register of auditors must contain the following particulars for each auditor—

the auditor’s name and contact details;

the conditions of the auditor’s approval imposed under section 136(1)(b);

the term of the approval.

The register of food businesses must contain the following particulars for each food business carried on from mobile premises under a licence—

the name of the local government that issued the licence;

the licensee’s name and contact details;

the licence number;

the expiry date of the licence;

a description of the premises that includes—

if the premises are a vehicle that is required to be registered—the registration number of the vehicle; or

if the premises are a food vending machine—the serial number or other unique identifying number or mark of the food vending machine;

a description of the food business.

The registers also may contain other information the chief executive considers appropriate.
