291 Application for particular licence under former regulation
(1)
This section applies to an application for a licence made to a local government under section 7 of the former regulation if—
(a)
the licence is for a business that is a licensable food business; and
(b)
the application has not been decided immediately before the commencement.
(2)
Despite sections 52, 53 and 85, the application is taken to be an application for a licence to carry on the licensable food business under this Act.
(3)
For dealing with the application under this Act, the application is taken to have been received by the local government on the commencement.
