Food Act 2006

This section applies to each of the following applications made to a local government under section 9 or 10 of the former regulation if the application has not been decided before the commencement—

an application for registration of any premises, other place or vehicle;

an application for renewal of a registration;

an application for transfer of a registration.

The application lapses and the following fees paid by the applicant to the local government for the application must be refunded in full to the applicant by the local government—

the application fee;

the registration fee;

the renewal fee.
