164 Application of s 141
The period mentioned in section 141(5)(c) is taken to include a period for which the forensic disability client was—
(a)
detained temporarily in an authorised mental health service under the repealed Mental Health Act 2000, section 309B; or
(b)
absent from the health service while undertaking limited community treatment within the meaning of the repealed Mental Health Act 2000, or under an approval given section 186 of that Act.
