143 Definitions for division
In this division—chief executive (lands) means the chief executive of the department in which the Land Act 1994 is administered.former, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.new, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.registry function means a function of the chief executive (lands) under this Act as in force before the commencement.
