147 Application of new s 96E
(1)
This section applies to an act or omission done before the commencement by—
(a)
the chief executive (lands); or
(b)
a person performing functions of the chief executive (lands) under a delegation.
(2)
From the commencement, new section 96E applies in relation to the act or omission as if the chief executive (lands) or person were a State official within the meaning of that section.
