45A Owner of quarry material
A lessee is to be taken to be the owner of quarry material in respect of a lease granted under the repealed Land Act 1962—
on an application, under the repealed Land Act 1962, section 139 received before 5 February 1990; or
on an application, under the repealed Land Act 1962, section 191 received before—
5 February 1990; or
3 October 1991, in respect of a lease issued or a lease converted from a special lease issued—
under the repealed Land Act 1962 and under an arrangement under the repealed Industrial Development Act 1963, section 9; or
before the commencement of the repealed Industrial Development Act 1963—under a recommendation of the Minister administering industrial development; or
on an application, under the repealed Land Act 1962, section 207 received before—
5 February 1990; or
3 October 1991, in respect of a lease issued—
under the repealed Land Act 1962 and under an arrangement under the repealed Industrial Development Act 1963, section 9; or
before the commencement of the repealed Industrial Development Act 1963—under a recommendation of the Minister administering industrial development; or
subject to a condition relating to the freeholding of the lease.
