When gaming machine licence lapses—s 80A

In force

(1)

Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section, a relevant date applied under section 80A in relation to a gaming machine licence.

(2)

Section 80A as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the gaming machine licence.
