When approval lapses—s 85AA

In force

(1)

Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section, a relevant date applied under section 85AA in relation to an approval.

(2)

Section 85AA as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the approval.
