230 Public advertisement of notified prices
(1)
This section applies if there is a change to notified prices that apply to a particular retailer.
(2)
QCA may publish a notice giving particulars of the changed prices in a newspaper circulating in each locality in which small customers to whom the prices apply reside.
(3)
If QCA asks, the retailer must pay QCA’s reasonable costs of the publication.
