269 Resolution by Governor in Council
(1)
This section applies if the regulator refers the dispute to the Governor in Council to decide.
(2)
Before deciding the dispute, the Governor in Council must—
(a)
give the parties a reasonable opportunity to make written submissions about the dispute; and
(b)
have regard to any submissions made under paragraph (a).
(3)
The submissions must be made to the regulator.
(4)
The Governor in Council’s decision binds the parties.
