Other evidentiary aids

In force

A certificate purporting to be signed by the regulator stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—

(a)

a stated document is a thing as follows given, issued, kept or made under this Act—

(i)

an appointment, approval or decision;

(ii)

a declaration, direction, notice or requirement;

(iii)

a distribution authority;

(iv)

the register of authorities;

(v)

another record;

(b)

a stated document is another document kept under this Act;

(c)

a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);

(d)

that, on a stated day—

(i)

a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or

(ii)

a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;

(e)

on a stated day, or during a stated period, a distribution authority—

(i)

was, or was not, in force; or

(ii)

was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or

(iii)

was, or was not, cancelled;

(f)

a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid.
