336 Continuation of cancellation or suspension of distribution authorities
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
an event mentioned in section 57(2) has happened; and
(b)
the regulator had commenced procedures under section 58 or chapter 2, part 1, division 3, subdivision 5 in relation to the event for cancellation or suspension of a distribution authority.
(2)
This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply for the cancellation or suspension of the distribution authority.
