341 Regulator may continue to impose civil penalties
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a matter mentioned in section 270ZK, as in force immediately before the commencement, was referred to the regulator; and
(b)
the regulator has not yet exercised a power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter.
(2)
The regulator may exercise the power under section 270ZL in relation to the matter.
