16 Term of appointment
(1)
A member is appointed for—
(a)
4 years; or
(b)
if the board asks the Minister for a shorter term for a member mentioned in section 14(1)(a) or (c)—the shorter term.
(2)
If a successor has not been appointed by the end of the member’s term, the member continues to hold office until a successor is appointed.
