41 Terms of appointment
(1)
The gazette notice under which the appointment is made must state the following—
(a)
the appointee’s name;
(b)
the grammar school for which the board is established;
(c)
the day the appointment takes effect;
(d)
the term of the appointment;
(e)
any conditions of the appointment.
(2)
The gazette notice may also state anything else about the appointment the Minister considers appropriate.
