65 Eligible persons
(1)
This section applies to a person if, before the commencement, the person had donated or subscribed to a grammar school at least the electoral eligibility amount for the school’s board under the repealed Act.
(2)
The person is taken to have donated the electoral eligibility amount to the grammar school under this Act.
