272 Application of ss 60A–60C
Sections 60A to 60C apply—
(a)
in relation to the will of an adult who dies after the commencement; and
(b)
regardless of whether the sale, mortgage, charge, disposition of, or other dealing with, property by the administrator happened before or after the commencement.
