273 Validation of delegation
(1)
This section applies to a delegation by the public trustee of a power of a type described in, and to a person mentioned in, section 250A before the commencement.
(2)
The delegation is taken to be, and always to have been, as valid and effective as it would have been if it were made after the commencement of section 250A.
